The programme seeks to encourage cooperation between research institutions, universities, technology centres, the business community as well as the financial sector. At it's core is a network of organisations that instigate and carry out projects in the areas of research, education and industry development.

Competence Cluster - Tourism and Experience Management

The competence cluster of Tourism and Experience Management (TEM) offers innovation and expertise in the field of tourism. The cluster fosters and promotes research from universities and research institutions, the development of commerce for businesses and companies and supports in helping to find the best partners and sources of finance for product and company development.

Included in the TEM Cluster are the Centres of Expertise Turku (Turku Science Park Oy / Turku Touring), Lapland (LEO), Savonlinna Region (Savonlinna Innovation Centre Ltd), Helsinki (Culminatum Innovation), Jyväskylä (Jyväskylä  University of Applied Sciences / Jyväskylä Innovation Ltd)
